Ever since I can remember, I've heard nothing but bad things about this woman. There's the Whitewater scandal from her time in Arkansas, you remember, all those shady land deals with her friends the McDougals. By the way, Susan McDougal routinely slept with her husband Bill (nothing like family friends to spill the beans on that, thank you Claudia ;-). Chinagate (alleged bribes from Chinese banks), Travelgate (alleged hiring indiscretions), the suicide of Vince Foster Jr (friend who knew details about multiple scandals), Filegate (improper access of FBI files), Cattle-Futures Miracle (commodity trading), Lootergate (shipping of White House furniture to personal home) -- seriously, as if you haven't made enough money off the American people, you have to steal furniture? For the love of God, go to Wal-Mart and pick up a futon. We've got Ponzi schemes and Political Favors, Benghazi and of course that latest...deletion of emails. She wanted privacy of her personal email...ok, I guess that's privacy from hackers because the rest of us who work know that personal emails on work servers isn't private. Our employers are free to read ALL our email, IM chats, texts on work cell phones, etc. at ANY time, whether it's personal or not. I guess, her employer, the Federal Government, doesn't have the right to do that to her, but yet they can eavesdrop on us at any time. And if she wanted privacy with her personal emails, why did she delete them AND work emails? And not just a few, it was 30,000. Anyone with an email account understands how long it would take to delete that many emails, that's no small feat. That's a purposeful act.
So, that's her "professional" stuff, and I use that word loosely. Let's chat about her relationship with Bill. What kind of relationship do they have? He has cheated on her more times than Al Swearengen dropped the F-bomb in an episode of Deadwood. Let's see we have: Monica Lewinsky, Gennifer Flowers, Maria Furtwangler, Belinda Stronach, Naomi Robson, Markie Post, Patricia Duff, Elizabeth Gracen, Sally Perdue, Dolly Kyle Browning, Paula Jones and don't forget the one I mentioned above Susan McDougal. And these are just the ones we know about. I'm sure there are countless one-night-stands and women who are actually discreet and don't want to make a buck from their liaisons. I understand what this says about him, he's a horny bastard that can get away with sleeping around because his wife obviously lets him. And this is one of the biggest reasons why I can't stand her, she let's him get away with this behavior. Why on God's Earth does she let him act like this and not just divorce him? Let's examine some possibilities:
They have an open marriage - ok, then the both of them should just admit it. Hey, we have an arrangement where we're both adults who are going to stay married for business reasons but aren't attracted to each other and will date/sleep with other people. If we're ok with this arrangement, you should be too. Take your pictures, make your comments, but we're grown up enough to accept each other's relationships with other people, get over your puritanical, backwards thinking about relationships and leave our significant others alone.
She's gay, but won't come out - considering all the rumors there are on this topic, that there are women who claim to have been her lovers, hell, look at her comfortable shoes (just joking on that one...sort of) and the fact her husband has not gotten any from her, since Chelsea was conceived, it's not a far fetched idea. I'd say just come out already. She can stay married, Bill can continue to do what he does with whoever he wants to and she'd probably be able to tap into (pun intended) a whole new demographic.
She's exacting her revenge in other ways - she's slowly siphoning off his money into a secret account in the Cayman Islands, that's what the 30,000 deleted emails was about. By the time he needs the money he won't have any left. She's solicited 30,000 more women to have affairs with Bill, each one a tad more bat shit crazy than the last. It took 30,000 emails to arrange for the Secret Service to be off when a group of jocks storms Bill's residence and first gives him an atomic wedgie then a swirly. Just remember, a woman's mind works in mysterious ways.
You may ask why should I care that Hillary puts up with Bill's philandering ways? Because, she has set a horrible example for women and for girls everywhere, the example that you have to put up with that kind of behavior. Just get divorced! Didn't she think she could make it on her own, without her husband's backing/clout? If she can't stand on her own, without her husband, I sure as hell don't want her as my president. If she can't act independently, if she has no power on her own, if she thinks it's ok to be treated like shit, that it's ok to lie, cheat and steal, she absolutely cannot be my president. If she thinks she's a good role model for women of all ages out there, she can't be my Commander in Chief. She stands for everything that's wrong, that's backwards, that's ugly in the world right now and I don't want her representing me or my Country.
